Tell us what your business needs

Fill in the detailed brief. Tell us what you sell, who you help, the area you serve, the style you like and what a visitor should do next. Choose Home and up to four other pages: About, Services, Work/Gallery and Contact.

For example: “We repair taps and toilets in our local area. We want homeowners to ask for a quote. Use sage green and a clear Services page. Do not advertise emergency call-outs.” Supply only facts and material you are allowed to use. Do not include passwords, identity documents or banking details.

Save your private link

After a successful save, the form gives you a private status link. Keep it somewhere safe: it lets you return to your request and see your pages. It is not sent automatically by email or WhatsApp. Anyone with the full link can access your request, so do not share it publicly.

We prepare your private website draft

The connected scheduled builder processes one request at a time. It turns your supplied facts into page headings, useful descriptions, navigation and a phone-friendly design using a tested base. Your status page shows progress, any missing information and whether the builder is available.

A brief is queued, not built instantly in your browser. If important facts are missing, you receive a clear action-needed note instead of invented details. This step does not publish your business or charge you.

Check the pages and request your revision

Open each page in the private preview. Check names, service details, spelling and every public contact detail. Send one combined list of in-scope corrections through the status page, then review the revised draft. Approve only when you are happy; silence does not count as approval.

Preview buttons do not send enquiries. In the final site, approved phone, email or WhatsApp links give visitors a simple way to contact your business. They are not a shop or a custom booking system.

Agree the work and pay securely

A free brief or private draft is not a paid order. Before paid work, we agree your exact scope and obtain the signed agreement. The founding package is R1,950, paid as an R975 deposit and R975 balance through separately reviewed, client-specific Yoco invoices. No VAT is charged. There is no generic checkout or automatic charge.

The two-business-day paid first-draft target starts only after signed scope, verified cleared deposit, complete intake, usable licensed assets and approved facts. A free brief does not start that clock. Read the payment steps.

Receive your files and arrange launch

After the agreed acceptance and payment checks, you receive the final static website files. Public launch is a separate, authorized step. Domain registration and paid hosting are not included; any required account access or domain change must be approved separately.

You own the supplied business material. We do not guarantee traffic, enquiries or sales. The package includes a 14-day technical defect correction period after handover, in addition to statutory rights.
