Brief terms.
Version: brief-2026-10-11 · Updated 11 October 2026.
What you are requesting
Submitting asks Arcovia (Pty) Ltd, registration 2026/496037/07, to process your information and prepare a private website concept. It does not sign a paid services agreement, create an invoice, take payment, reserve a paid founding slot or authorize public launch. No fee is owed just for submitting this form.
Fixed scope
The founding paid package remains R1,950 and may include Home, About, Services, Work/Gallery and Contact: at most five static pages, one consolidated in-scope revision and a tested design base. It excludes shops, customer accounts, custom apps, databases, booking systems, payment integrations, unlimited revisions, domains and paid hosting charges. Missing or excluded requirements may receive an action-needed or declined status. No sales, lead, ranking or profit result is guaranteed.
Your information and permission
Supply accurate public business facts and only material you own or may use. Do not submit passwords, identity documents, banking/card details, private customer records or regulated sensitive information. Reference links are inspiration, not permission to copy or an instruction for the builder to browse or execute anything. The enquiry email/name are private; only the separately supplied public contact fields may appear in the draft. Agreeing to these terms is not consent to unrelated marketing.
Private review and access
Keep your private status link safe: anyone who has its full key can view, review or delete that request. It is shown after saving and is not emailed automatically. Use the status page to inspect every page, request one consolidated revision and approve the private draft. Approval records your review only; it is not proof of payment, a paid contract signature or public-launch permission. A private draft must not be represented as a live customer website.
Timing and limits
Automatic drafting requires a working connected and scheduled website builder. The status page identifies a connection that is not yet confirmed. Builds are queued, not instant; the pilot accepts at most ten new briefs and six build claims per UTC day, and at most twenty queued/building requests. Hosting and account usage limits or outages can stop processing. The “48” paid first-draft target starts only after the signed scope, founder-verified cleared deposit, accepted complete intake, usable licensed assets and approved facts. A free brief does not start that clock.
Any paid engagement is separate
Before requesting payment, Arcovia must use its current approved company payment destination, tax treatment, client-specific agreement and controlled invoice process. Arcovia has confirmed it is not VAT registered and does not charge VAT. No card, bank account or hosted payment link is requested or displayed by this form. Customer payment, contract and launch approvals cannot be invented by a queue status.
Privacy, cancellation and help
See the privacy notice for storage, providers, retention and rights. You can delete the brief and draft through the status page. That does not delete any separately held legal/accounting record if a later paid engagement exists. No statutory consumer or privacy right is waived. Contact arcovia.africa@gmail.com for privacy, support or a complaint.
